I HATE HATE HATE it when clients ask me to put together an estimate and proposal after we've already spoken over the phone several times and emailed back and forth and THEN doesn't contact me to let me know to proceed or not.
If you WANT your project done, you HAVE to tell me "yes, the estimate is good, get going."
If you DON'T want to pay for my work, AT LEAST have the decency to TELL ME SO.
Ugh. Rant over.
